Information we collect

When you request a quote, we may collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, project type, estimated quantity, requested timing, garment preferences, project notes, and artwork or other files you choose to upload.

Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, referring pages, and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

• Respond to quote requests and communicate about potential or active projects.
• Prepare estimates, evaluate artwork, and provide requested apparel services.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
• Prevent spam, fraud, malicious uploads, and other abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect NAS, our customers, and others.

Submitting a quote request does not enroll you in marketing messages. We will use the information to respond to the request and manage the resulting business relationship.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and respond to requests, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, database, storage, security, and delivery services, and Resend if email notifications are enabled. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service terms.

If you choose to load or open Google Maps, your browser connects directly to Google and Google’s privacy practices apply. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transfer.

NAS does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Uploaded artwork

Quote artwork is stored separately from the quote record and is available only to authorized NAS administrators through the protected admin area. Please do not upload Social Security numbers, financial information, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

Retention

We retain quote information and artwork only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, serve the customer, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Our operational target is to remove inactive quote inquiries and associated artwork within 24 months after the last activity unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active customer relationship or legal obligation.

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information. You may also ask questions about how information is used. Email support@naswear.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. If we deny a request, you may reply to appeal that decision.

Cookies and similar technology
